Main Duties:

Working with the project team to develop, test and maintain software packages for distribution to user desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Build and maintain software packages.

Working with our external vender to test and provide feedback on application packages.

The distribution to user desktops and virtual desktop infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Service Transition activities

Evaluate technologies, including assessing how they may be developed or deployed to enhance end user service. Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Ivanti products and services.

Group Policy

SCCM

App-V

PowerShell Additional Skills:

Strong documentation and a disciplined, process-oriented approach to tasks.

Independent problem solving and self-directing ability.

Ability to work to pre-defined standards.

Must be able to understand and apply policy to technical controls.

Strong verbal and written skills, an effective collaborator and able to build and maintain solid relationships.
