We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our internal recruitment team to support our business and ensure we hire the best talent!
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5-hours a week with a degree of flexibility on start & finish times. You will be based from home with the ability to work from our Head Office in Aldershot when required.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be someone who is keen to learn and develop their skills within talent acquisition and help drive improvements in the team by providing new ideas and challenging current practises.
As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will Include, but are not limited to:
• Advertising vacancies, sourcing, filtering and screening candidates
• Managing recruitment flow on application tracking system
• Using social media to help develop talent pipelines
• Work with hiring managers to understand their requirements and assist in the recruitment life-cycle
• Produce hiring documentation including right to work checks, offer letters & offer packs
• Manage talent pools ensuring data is accurate and up to date
• Produce regular & ad hoc recruitment reports
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers
• Support the wider HR team when required
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in HR administration, agency / internal recruitment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organised and able to work to deadlines
• Practical and flexible
• Willing to contribute to team discussions and take ideas forward
