Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst

Office based role - Portsmouth, UK. Security Clearance required (and provided)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help modernise a marine engineering company and bring their processes and systems in the digital era!

This is a great British company with fantastic customers and long serving employees. Reporting directly to the Group Head of IT, your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, defining solutions, and performing some user acceptance testing and training.

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Skills/Requirements

3+ years experience in the role of Business Analyst, Process Analyst or similar

Experience with ERP solutions or enterprise level systems and processes.

Experience creating detailed reports, using UML or similar modelling tools

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skillsThe company require UK Security Clearance which they will provide to eligible candidates.
