Agile Transformation Lead wanted. 100% remote. £800 a day Inside IR35.

Our client are looking for an Agile Transformation Lead who has extensive experience in Agile Transformation at an enterprise level, with specific experience in not only Agile coaching but with the ability to pull programmes together to deliver the transformation, working closely with stakeholders and helping to setup product workstreams for their TOM.

Position: Agile Transformation Lead

Rate: £800

Work Model: Fully Remote

Length: 6 months (initial duration)

Experience required:

 Requirements

Expert in Agile techniques with strong experience coaching and mentoring Agile techniques and methodologies

Experience of driving projects, programmes, business, portfolios in a fast-paced environment; proven experience successfully delivering programmes or complex projects.

Must have experience of leading agile transformation programs

Workforce management experience and evidence of leading and motivating a team.

Understand how to use metrics and data to drive improvements, such as cycle time and throughput

Ideally experience working within the Utilities industry
