We are working with a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry, which has a key focus on E-commerce trade, are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join their team. Having recently celebrated their 10th year anniversary, the company is now successfully operating in over 80 countries world-wide.

Based on-site in Blackburn with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days per week, you will be involved in daily support activities of ERP applications, implementing new systems and managing applications.

About the Role:

Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement through the use of ERP systems.

Liaise with different departments to understand their needs and translate them into efficient technical solutions.

System upgrades and reporting

Support with hardware and software installations.

Develop and enhance ERP support.

About You:

Proven experience of ERP systems, ideally with 4-5 years' experience in a previous role.

Experience within a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.

Strong communication and analytic skills.

Confidence in liaising with different stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of Networking and IT systems.

Ability to take requirements to improve processes and translate them.
