A unique opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team as a Customer Experience System Support Specialist, providing support to the Platform Manager to maintain and assist with the programming of the global survey platform. With businesses throughout the UK, you will be predominantly working from home, and travel to your closest site around once a month. You will be fundamental in the collection and analysis of customer feedback, working Monday to Friday, and will earn up to £60,000 depending on experience, alongside other benefits.

Your new role as System Support Specialist will include the following responsibilities:

Supporting the onboarding of new businesses to the Customer Experience feedback programme

Maintaining existing and uploading translations, identifying suitable questions and branding requirements

Using HTML to design and implement appropriate branding for surveys and emails, liaising and briefing internal teams to set up custom domains

Contribute to the design and implementation of survey architecture to facilitate a versatile and scalable programme

Provide Qualtrics user support, prioritising helpdesk tickets, onboarding new starters and providing training where needed

Working with the Customer Experience community, to understand reporting requirements

Maintaining existing reporting, and developing new reports and dashboardsTo succeed in this role, you will ideally have coding skills and experience, and be a proactive self starter with a passion for collaborative working across teams. You will play an active role in improving customer experience, using excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
