My tech-first client is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join their revolutionary Data company on a permanent basis.

My client is based in Hampshire. You will be reporting directly to the Head of SRE and working alongside other SRE’s, Infrastructure Engineers and Software Engineers. Working in a team of 7 you will be responsible for delivering key infrastructure and creating tooling that will support the 50 strong engineering team and wider live platform as a whole. Using a sophisticated and modern tech stack my client are big fans of the following:

Reducing toil, automating everything, SLOs etc…

AWS, GCP

Kubernetes (EKS, GKE)

Golang OR a desire to learn Golang with experience across multiple languages including C/C++/Java/Python

You will be joining a close knit and talented team and the following skills are desirable:

Previous experience in SRE/Software Engineering/Software Development/DevOps

Clear and concise communication

Excellent verbal and written English

Knowledge of the principles of SRE and their applicability in a production environment

In return for your expertise my client is offering:

Up to £80,000

2 office visits a month OR Hybrid working if preferred

Healthcare extendable to family

7% non con pension

Up to 10% bonus
