Technical Support Analyst
Engineering company based near Chippenham requires a technical support specialist to work supporting remote and overseas users. The ideal candidate will be a capable technical support engineer with good communication and analytical skills and initiative, who can work with users having technical or operational issues
Duties:
* Problem solve
* Stay current with latest technologies
* Able to contribute to technical and process improvements
* Have good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with different types and levels of colleague across the organisation
Good all round IT and software skills
Ideal background:
* Be technically qualified BTEC or HND or higher in IT or engineering
* Minimum 2 years’ professional work experience
* Live within commuting distance of Chippenham, Wiltshire
