Position: VP of Operations
Full Time – office based – some clients site work where required
Our client Simply IT is a well-established Northampton IT support, services and solutions business. They have a broad range of IT offers for SME and medium sized businesses in the East Midlands as well as schools nationwide. Simply IT offers IT support, IT solutions and IT managed services along with some education-specific technology solutions.

Can keep clients happy. The VP of Operations provides leadership to ensure that the company’s client performance and internal efficiency delivers profitability and growth. They will manage the ongoing service delivery to customers and facilitate processes to ensure client and contractor expectations are met and exceeded. The VP will be involved in operational budgets and is accountable for costs and delivery on client projects, together with maximizing efficiencies, standards and productivity. A principal part of the role is to manage and drive quality client revenues and service activity in conjunction with the Directors. Maintain regular contact with all clients after completion of jobs to check satisfaction levels and identify new and future service opportunities, which can be passed to Service. Approve and post billed hours and invoice accordingly. Manage any client complaints.

Minimum Education/ Training Required:
* Educated to degree level
* Proven experience as Head of Client, Service and Operations or equivalent board/senior level position
* Knowledge of industry’s legal rules/compliance and guidelines
* In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, service, finance, technology, customer service)
* Understanding of technology and networking
* Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
