Be-IT Resourcing is working with a well-recognised and highly respected organisation in the Central Belt, to source a Deployment and Development Team Lead to join them during a significant period of change for the business. Reporting to the IT Manager you will working with other internal business leaders and software vendors to drive process review, design and implementation of software systems and integrations throughout the wider business. You will define best-practice ways of working and provide technical leadership to other developers in the team.

We are considering candidates with some, or all, of the following:

Systems analysis and design

Technical experience with MS SQL and Power Platform

Project Management

Change Management

Verbal and written communication

Role based in office near Glasgow but will involve flexible working.
