Deerfoot is looking for a Salesforce Technical Configurator to join an inclusive and collaborative team in Bath. This full-time flexible role is offered on a hybrid-working basis, with the occasional requirement to be in the office for team meetings, offsites, planning days etc. The role comes with a salary of up to £50k p/a.

You will work in an Agile environment in one of four Scrum teams, with two-week sprints and variations of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Business Analysts, DevOps, QA/Testing, Support, DBAs, and Site Reliability Engineers, participating in the redevelopment of customer-facing products.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Configuring Salesforce and working with Stakeholders and SME's across the business

Configure other enterprise-level third-party systems such as telephony and workflow products

Contribute to the shaping and implementation of best practice

Work on prioritised User Stories with the Dev Lead and Product Owner.To succeed in this flexible role, you will need experience in the development/configuration with Salesforce and experience in all phases of software development, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, releasing and supporting applications such as Salesforce. You will also require the following:

Experience and understanding of Agile methodologies

Good verbal and written communication skills

The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
