Role: Head of Data & Analytics

Location: Manchester

Salary: £70,000 - £110,000 DOE

The company's success is drive by the expertise and passion of their team, so following a recent departure, they're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Data & Analytics to join their team in Manchester to continue the company's upwards trajectory.

As the Head of Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our client's data strategy, and providing strategic guidance to their clients on how to use data to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for innovation and drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that deliver real business value to their clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of our data strategy, working closely with our teams to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

Provide strategic guidance to our clients on how to use data to drive business growth and success, leveraging our expertise and experience to deliver real value to their organizations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Drive the development of cutting-edge data solutions, leveraging the latest technologies and techniques to deliver real business value to our clients.

Provide leadership and guidance to our data and analytics teams, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to deliver outstanding results.

Monitor industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our data and analytics offerings remain cutting-edge and competitive in the market.

Collaborate with other teams across the organization to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing data strategies that drive business growth and success.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Demonstrated expertise in the latest data technologies and techniques, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

Experience working with clients across a wide range of sectors and industries, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional service and value.
