I am currently working with a market leading business based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. You will be working within a technical team and have the opportunity to get involved with projects moving forward.
What is the role?
Be the 1st point of contact on the service desk for IT support.
Provide support in a windows environment for onsite and remote staff.
Provide 1st line support using windows 10, office 365, active directory
What do you need?
Prior experience or education within IT support
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
