IT Support Engineer

£35,000 - 45,000 + Benefits

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer to join an experienced product manufacturing company located in Manchester.

This impactful business needs someone to centre themselves around the delivery of IT support, including assisting the implementation of MS Dynamics Business Central. The right person will have proven 2nd and 3rd line technical support experience and be comfortable working hands-on or delegating to team members as they want someone to progress into being the IT Manager, taking over form their current IT Manager whos been with the company 20+ years.

Responsibilities in this role include working alongside the IT Manager to fully undestand the businesses IT Infrastructure and support all non-technical staff members, resolving issues both in house and escalating to 3rd party suppliers when necessary. You'll manage all virtual servers and PCs running in VMWare as well as managing all Cyber Security software (DrayTek, Ubiquiti DM an RDP). Experience with 3CX VoIP systems would be beneficial.

You'll work onsite in their modern manufacturing plant/offices on the outskirts of West Manchester. They are offering a salary up to £45,000, plus benefits such as a yearly bonus' private healthcare, pension, 22 days hol + bank hols, regular company events and free lunches.
