IT Technician

Our client, a prestigious organisation based in Summertown, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an IT Technician.

In this varied role, you will provide crucial IT support to a range of departments and teams. The successful candidate will already have some experience in an IT role.

The successful candidate will entitled to a salary of up to £25k and will be entitled to a range of benefits.

The Role

·First/second line support of clients with questions and queries regarding IT

·Configuration of AV equipment

·Setting up desktops and laptops (Both Apple and Windows

·Working on Windows server network environments

·Create and maintain operational documentation

·Troubleshooting tickets

The Ideal Candidate

·Experience in working in an IT technician role (minimum 1 year)

·Experience of troubleshooting

·Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model and TCP/IP

·Experience with PC repair

·Excellent verbal and written communication

·Certifications in CompTIA A+, Comp TIA Network+, Linux, Microsoft hardware (installation) or any other relevant qualifications are desirable
