What we need from you:
Experience working closely with design and product teams to identify and prioritise customer problems and ask the right research questions
Solid understanding and experience of the design thinking process
Ability to create research roadmaps to keep the team on track, helping set both short term and strategic direction
Strong qualitative research expertise using a variety of techniques such as in-depth interviews, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), concept testing, focus groups etc.
Substantial experience in conducting both strategic and tactical research studies from ground up
Experience combining qualitative and quantitative methods
Willingness to share your expertise and learn from others
Ethnographic experience (such as contextual enquiry or diary studies)
