CV Screen is recruiting for an ICT Support Manager to join a fantastic Multi School Academy Trust based in Manchester. You will be joining a talented bunch of people who are committed to providing exceptional ICT support to schools under the trust in the local area.

WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: 

As the ICT Support Manager, you should be a confident individual, prepared to take ownership of the role, with outstanding organisation and communication skills. They are looking for someone with a can do highly cooperative attitude to fit into an existing friendly, passionate, and highly motivated team. If you have previously worked in an IT role within a school, this would be highly desirable!

DUTIES INCLUDE: 

You will contribute to and deliver a cloud first approach to the ICT function.

You will help write and review policies, processes and procedures associated with the IT services.

You will set up IT tools, which includes laptops, interactive whiteboards, and many other specialist equipment.

You will investigate and resolve any network faults.

You will make sure that all anti-virus software is fully up to date and working as it should.

You will assist the Director of IT with any financial planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous experience of working in a school environment would be desirable.

You must have a Microsoft 365 skillset, including Azure.

You should have an experienced background in IT.

You should have previous experience in training IT team members.

You must have a vehicle and a valid driving license, as this role requires some travel to other academies within the local area.

You should have fantastic organizational skills, with a strategic approach to your work.

You should have the ability to relate well to children and adults.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

A salary of up to 45k is available
