Are you a Senior .Net Developer with a keen interest in leading a highly agile Development team of 11 Devs and Testers? Our client offers unique Data management software solutions to all the UK’s major supermarkets and are looking for a Lead Dev to join them as they look to increase their product offering. You will come in and will Lead the current Dev teams as well as take on plenty of exciting hands-on development projects. If you are a Dev Manager, Lead Dev or a Senior Dev with some management or mentoring experience…we are keen to hear from you.

Location: Milton Keynes – we operate a hybrid working model where our workforce come into the office two days a week.

Salary: up to circa £70k base salary + 10% bonus and wider benefits, further flexibility on the base for the right person. 

Benefits: 24 days holiday increasing to 29 after ten years, Birthday off work, 5% employer contributory pension scheme. 

What you will bring to the team:

Previous experience working as a Senior .Net Developer with Lead, mentoring or management.

Experience leading Agile Dev teams

Familiar with technologies such as: C#, MVC, Web API, .Net core, MS SQL (T-SQL), unit testing, Entity framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, 

Experience with Azure Devops for continuous integration and deployment. 

A leader with experience of working to tight deadlines and against project timelines.
