Job Description

Actively recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company as they look to add to their established IT team with an experienced Dynamics AX systems specialist. The role will involve playing a key part in the support, management and continuous improvement of my clients business critical Dynamics AX system. Furthermore, the role will involve a full system upgrade to the latest version, Dynamics 365 F&O - with end to end implementation involvement required.

The role offers a hybrid working policy split between home and Cambridgeshire office basis.

Role & Responsibilities

Business analysis/ requirement gathering for new system changes

Ensure effective system utilisation and governance across user base

Ensure 2nd/ 3rd line support delivered efficiently - involved in testing, training, documentation development, managing code deployments

Hands on system maintenance and continuous process analysis/ improvementSkills & Qualifications

Proven track record in hands on Dynamics AX/ ERP systems analysis and support

Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 (and preferably D365 F&O)

Functional project life cycle skills - analysis, design, testing, training, support

Manufacturing process understanding (preferable, not essential)

Strong stakeholder management skills - able to effectively consult business on system changesBenefits
