About the role:- Developing and communicating a multi-dimensional solution architecture to deliver agreed business outcomes
- Leads the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
- Leads the preparation of technical plans and ensures that appropriate technical resources are made available. Ensures that appropriate tools and methods are available, understood and employed in architecture development.
- Provides technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Evaluates requests for changes and deviations from specifications and recommends actions.
- Ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly.
- Providing advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to address client needs.
About You:- Solution design and implementation experience
- Hands-on technical experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications; specifically, Windows 7 & 10, SQL, MS Server OS, Microsoft Office Suite & O365
- Technical experience in deploying and supporting Mobile and Device technologies, specifically including Mobile computing power systems, Cellular/Mobile computing technologies, Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Technical experience in deploying and supporting and LAN technologies, WLAN and WiFi technologies, including WLAN and protocols; 802.11 a/b/g/n, 802.11h, 802.1x, WPA1, WPA2
- Hands on experience in deploying and supporting hardware specifically Enterprise level PC / laptop / tablets / PDA devices; healthcare industry-standard display products; enterprise-level print/imaging, barcode scanning technologies
- Experience in first-line vendor support and management (speaking with vendors to trouble-shoot the installation and support of technical products). (Some familiarity with Technology procurement/contracts experience greatly preferred).
- Fantastic communication skills and a customer first mentality
