£100,000 + excellent bonus + benefits

High profile leadership opportunity within one of the best recruitment firms in the UK right now! In this newly-created role (due to growth), you will take over the day-to-day running of a number of recruitment teams.
This position is within technology recruitment, however you don't necessarily need previous experience in the IT sector. Most importantly we're looking for a credible recruitment leader, with the experience and gravitas to lead multiple teams and managers. You'll be comfortable with a high degree of autonomy - and able to implement change, inject energy and bring fresh ideas.
This is a senior position within a thriving recruitment business. A strong track record within the recruitment industry is essential. (You'll need to demonstrate previous experience of multi-team/multi-site management). On offer is a strong financial package, with the ability to earn a significant P&L based bonus from day one.
