KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Own modern data & analytics platform implementation / modernization / migration projects from requirements gathering till support.
• Lead large, complex data initiatives including multiple project sub-streams and subject matter experts.
• Define/create migration roadmap and budgeting large scale cloud migration projects.
• Develop contract content to ensure the data platform solution is contracted to deliver client and Accenture value.
• Bring the operational experience to bear to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to Accenture.
• Demonstrate data platform experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical transformation solutions.
• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years experience overall with at least 3 years leading delivery of large-scale data & analytics projects.

• Experience with one or more Cloud platforms
• Experience with one or more modern data & analytics solutions - Informatica, Databricks, Snowflake etc.
• Experience with SCRUM, SAFE, Waterfall methodology
• Ability to architect data solutions, applying concepts of data modelling, data validation, consolidation, data quality, data discovery and catalogue, data lineage.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, batch, near real-time and streaming.
• Experience in working in multinational environment and with complex landscapes.

• Good analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Frequent travel to Oman (Required)

Education:

The following qualification(s) are required / preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Information Technology
• Relevant certification in Data and AI
