Working as a core member of our corporate IT Digital Transformation Programs team, you will work alongside our business units and functions to assess their IT needs and demands and transform them into reality. Additionally, you will partner with the technical teams to ensure specifications are properly understood and support the creation of training materials when needed and the development of the knowledge base of application features.
More specifically, you will:
Engage with the business and functions stakeholders to identify and understand needs;
Conduct meetings and prepare presentations to share ideas and findings. You will support the organization of the prioritization of requirements;
Identify needs, perform requirements analysis and impact assessment, and document the requirements;
Deliver functional design documentation and approach or review the functional design delivered by third parties when needed;
Define user acceptance test approaches and oversee the user acceptance test execution;
Support the Service Managers when required by providing information or clarifications on the functional requests related to the services provided;
Support deployment and rollout plans.
Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle;
Engage with the business and functions stakeholders to identify and understand needs.
Identify needs, perform requirements analysis and impact assessment, and document the requirements. Support the organization on prioritization of requirements.
Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and techniques - e.g. business process modeling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories and use cases definition, etc;
Organizing and prioritizing requirements using techniques such as product road-maps, epics, user stories and backlogs.
Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
This position will be based at our IT hub in Madrid with the possibility of working from home
