Job Description

Our company is seeking a UI/UX Producer to join our UI/UX team. This Producer will work closely with the UI/UX Director to coordinate and manage different tasks and workflow to create and produce high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for our games.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UI/UX Director and other members of the UI/UX team to coordinate and manage different tasks and workflow to design and implement user interfaces and user experiences for our games.
• Liaise with the UI/UX team to ensure that designs are executed according to creative direction and technical requirements
• Manage the production process of UI/UX assets, including creating timelines, tracking progress, and identifying and resolving roadblocks
• Communicate effectively with the UI/UX team to ensure that design elements are produced to the required standard and on time
• Work with the development team to ensure that designs are integrated smoothly into the games

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in UI
• Strong organizational skills and a rigorous, hard-working attitude
• Able to organize a team's workflow following a strict schedule
• Able to manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure
• Able to report to supervisors clearly and thoroughly
• Able to work in English on a daily basis (writing, speaking, managing, conveying ideas)
• Experience working with art and/or UI teams
• Passion for video games
• Able to work with Jira, Confluence and Trello
• Ability to work with Agile methodologies

Assets:

• Previous experience in managing teams of creative and specialized people
• Good knowledge of entertainment
• Technical background
• Able to communicate in Spanish
