What you'll do:

• Develop high quality software using agile techniques such as Test-Driven Development and Pair Programming
• Actively be involved in all aspects of the agile delivery cycle for the team, cross functional, from definition of ready through to definition of done
• Drive best software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasm
• Strive for continuous improvement within the team and the department

What you'll bring:

• Full stack engineer with extensive experience in Java (Spring boot)
• Active and recent experience with development in React and Node
• Good working experience with CSS and SCSS
• Experience working on batch jobs especially using Spring Batch
• Experience working with databases
• Have ideally worked with automated continuous delivery and deployment (e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes etc.), and automated testing (JUnit, Spring and Cucumber)
• Experience of software development for resilient, high availability and performant web-based services/systems, including configurable restful Microservices
