Role Requirements
Provide high quality support on IT hardware and software products, within the required Service Level Agreements.
Work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a wide portfolio of customers.
Using your strong Technical and Customer Service skills, you will ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
Opportunity to become a trusted adviser to the customer across a range of technical areas.
Skills/Experience
Have experience of supporting a range of PC, Laptop, Printer technologies within a site or field environment
Pride yourself on delivering the highest quality service to the customer
Relish the prospect of the opportunities to train in new technologies and services
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Have strong communications skills and be a strong team player
