Role: UI Architect

What part will you play?
Primary Responsibilities
Design portal-style, modular, UI framework and it's API interfaces.
Design entire technical architecture of UI portal framework along with pluggable modules.
Head development inclusive to agile team to execute key user interface aspects.
Advocate for user-centered research.
Collaborate closely with UX design and software development.
Recommend processes, services, software and other tools to support business objectives pertinent to user interfaces as well as infrastructure technologies.
Support UI team consisting of software engineers, UX and visual designers.
Contribute to user interface design process.
Collaborate with product management team.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure document standards are effectively implemented by the development teams and understood by technology partners
Design and develop proof of concept prototypes for advanced features and designs
Provide technical guidance to both local and remote development teams as required
Continuously evaluate design and improve the software development and delivery processes with a deep focus on mobile web performance optimization techniques
Provide technical oversight and perform code reviews for multiple development efforts
Demonstrable knowledge of large scale, JavaScript application architectures
Advanced knowledge of unit testing best practices and Continuous Integration processes (CI/CD)
Knowledge of configuring front end servers like Apache web server, Nginx, etc

Requirements:
5+ years experience as a front-end architect
10+ years experience in software development for large corporations
Significant experience with front-end languages, libraries and frameworks
Strong knowledge of Angular / vue.js
Nice to Have
Work closely with customers, product management, designers and usability experts to develop a compelling user experience.
Design to wide organization using strategic relationships, presentations and influence.
Collect development and design requirements for user interface research.
Work with UX team on planning usability evaluation along with testing across UI development stages.
