Job Description Job Responsibilities: Act strategically by developing a roadmap to drive the direction of the International business
- Includes ability to independently drive work, manage projects, and solve problems around key areas such as creating consistency on strategic initiatives across International regions that cuts across Service and Onboarding
- Provides support in structured governance within International Business Control Forums
- Leads collaborative dialogue with teams across International Service and Onboarding organizations in EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions
- Assists with maintaining on Business Resiliency and Security Administration/RBAC policies on International systems
- Provides subject matter expertise in Client Experience process improvements and develop consistency in operational metrics
- Maintain controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of client consulting or financial services experience
- Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience structuring and managing projects
- Previous experience adapting to a fast-paced, changing, dynamic, client-facing work environment while driving results
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and partnership skills
- Ability to anticipate, analyze, and synthesize data and provide holistic insights through effective story telling
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree and at least 2-3 years of CB International experience
- Knowledge of process specific to the regions CB International performs business and unique characteristics of the international client
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to execute a change agenda
- Excellent at developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal partners worldwide
