Our client is seeking a Portal Manager to join their motivated and committed team in Shoreham. The successful client will be responsible for the overall strategy including the development roadmap, meeting adoption targets and improving client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong networking and relationship building skills, alongside being a great team player, and should consider themselves highly charismatic and passionate about customer service / experience. Ideally, our client is seeking a candidate with proven experience in managing, growing, and enhancing client facing portals, experience in the telecoms industry and managing Third Party delivery partners.
This role offers a very competitive salary and will run on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Own the vision for the Portal, building on the core principles that this platform is to provide a window for all customers on their engagement with the company, enhancing their experience and to reduce the cost to serve
Own the delivery of the Portal through the ServiceNow platform and our delivery Partner
Responsible for meeting the adoption / usage targets and driving down the inbound calls into the Service Desk
Create and deliver the ongoing development roadmap so that the Portal's relevance increases for our customers, and more is delivered to our customer through self-service
Ensure that the Portal is fit for purpose for both direct customers and partners for all companies
The Partner element of the company will have unique requirements, these are to be identified and delivered as part of the Portal
Manage the relationship with our external delivery partner, including the delivery roadmap and associated commercial elements
Continue to implement the Portal into the business and onboard customers
Own the ongoing training plan for company teams including the sales team so that this is an integral part of the sales pitch to clients
Own and deliver external training
Requirements
Proven track record of managing, growing, and enhancing client facing portals.
Highly effective planner
Experience of the Telecoms industry
Managing Third Party delivery partners
Charismatic, strong relationship builder, team worker
Passionate about customer service
Excellent networker, capable of delivering change
