DESKTOP SUPPORT - TELECOMS & NETWORK - £35K DOE
I am looking for Desktop Support with Telecoms and Networking experience to join my rapidly growing client based near Bristol. You will be the 1st point of contact for their UK based clients providing support via the phone.
The role:
Remote client support
Ensuring the ticket system is up to date
Working closely with the technical team
Configuration of network and telecom equipment ready for onsite installation (VOIP / Access Point configuration / WIFI solutions / CAT5 patching / Router configuration)
Diagnosing and providing solutions for network and telecom issuesExperience:
2 years' experience in a similar role
Driver - some client site visits when necessaryWorking Monday - Friday 8:30-5pm. The benefits include: 25 days holiday + BH, fully funded training courses and social team lunches!
