Capgemini Engineering is looking for Lab Manager to join team working on cutting-edge technologies.
Role and responsibilities
The candidate must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills along with experience in
* Managing the Day-to-Day opération of the LAB ensuring that all lab equipments and tools are running and stable
* Planning the installation, (re-)configuration, and maintenance of the lab Systems and Tools
* Ensuring compliance & improvements of all defined/agreed processes and safety, security standards and KPIs
* Prepare the documents and template for LAB processes, commissioning. RCA for failures for future improvements
* Communication of planned/unplanned outage to the lab stakeholders
* Managing Project Backlog, scheduling, access control, support to application teams, Inventory management, Incidence.
* Managing and implementing Health & Safety regulations
* Managing lab support team in terms of allocating the task to lab support team based on the tickets raised by lab users
* Co-ordinate with other stakeholders for the lab issues and upgrades
* Managing the senior stake holders
* Managing stakeholders, both internal and external
* Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
