This is a permanent opportunity based in Cambridge, full time on-site.

They are hiring an On-site Technical Engineer and looking for someone with a background in providing IT support to universities, sciences or pharmaceutical companies, or supporting of controlled laboratory environments.

This opportunity manages the life-cycle of service incidents, service requests and change requests which delivers all the elements of a high-quality service to users in a timely and accurate manner.

You will be providing exceptional technical support to a range of end-users, including VIP support, within agreed SLA's.
