Cooper Lomaz are working with a company based in Norwich to source an IT Support Engineer to join their team. The company is looking to add to their team of support engineers and this job opportunity offers great career growth. The ideal candidate will hold experience across 1st and 2nd line support at either an MSP or an internal IT support role. The client is looking for someone to be based in their Norwich office, to support the internal team and customers that use their products.
The role:
Deliver IT support remotely to their clients
Support the servers, extracting data and maintain the server
Respond and escalate tickets when requiredAbout you:
Experience working with O365
Experience with SQL, Azure or Windows Databases
