Job Title: Technical Support Consultant

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Location: Hertford

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, (8am-4.30pm & 9-5.30pm)

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in a 1st / 2nd line helpdesk role

Excellent problem solving skills

Positive mindset and willing to learn

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Professional and confident telephone manner

Ability to multitask and prioritise time effectively

Experience with administration and support for servers

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing 1st and 2nd line support to clients via ticket systems, telephone and live chat

Migrate client websites to new services from their current host

Ensure all customers receive an excellent customer service experience

Promoting the in-house hosting platform by making upgrade suggestions, encouraging the adoption of new features

Supporting customers by adding to knowledge base articles and sharing when relevant
