Job Title: Helpdesk 1st Line / 2nd Line Support
Day Rate: £125 Outside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Avanti Recruitment is looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at overcoming challenges, and can run a dedicated international helpdesk.
As a Helpdesk 1st Line / 2nd Line Support, you will be responsible for maintaining bespoke software, providing general help and support to all end users of these systems, solving problems, and prioritizing tickets on the fly. You will have the ability to think independently or collaborate with a team to resolve issues and meet critical deadlines.
We are seeking candidates with expertise in the following areas:
Expert in Zendesk
Adobe Air-based Applications
Ability to diagnose and resolve software installation issues on tablets & PCs
