Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support for our CCTV and access control systems. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems.
Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients, assisting them in troubleshooting CCTV and access control system issues.
* Handle incoming service requests and provide timely resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Conduct system maintenance, including software updates and hardware configurations.
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless integration of security systems.
* Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user manuals.
* Assist clients in system training, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the functionality and operation of their security systems.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CCTV and access control systems
