IT Helpdesk Engineer
£20,000 - £24,000 per annum
Cooper Lomaz are working with a client based just outside Ipswich to source an IT Helpdesk Engineer. This role would suit a candidate who has recently completed an IT apprenticeship or holds a minimum of 6 months of IT helpdesk/support experience. The job opportunity will allow you to work with their bespoke software, supporting clients with faults remotely and managing inbound tickets, escalating where appropriate.
Manage and allocate tickets to the relevant team member
Provide 1st line support remotely to their clients
Update the CRM to log calls, update records and report customer faultsAbout you:
Have experience in a customer service-based role
Ideally, have helpdesk or service desk experience
Working knowledge of O365 or Active Directory
