Job Title: Project Manager - Hospitality (PMS)
Location: HQ - Windsor (remote with occasional travel)
Salary: £50k pa
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with practical and operational experience within the PMS and hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that project deliverables meet their requirements
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans
Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
Monitor project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans as needed
Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurateRequirements:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Previous experience delivering projects in the hospitality sector.
Experience and knowledge of implementation of HMS/PMS systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
