Senior Systems Engineer

Essex - Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Our client is an established organisation supplying data management services across the UK and Europe and have an undisputed reputation in data governance. They contribute to the global dissemination of best practises in data management and they need a IT Systems Officer to help ensuring these practises kept in place.

In this job role, you will:

Contributing to the management, troubleshooting, and support of managed and hosted services on the AWS Cloud.

IT infrastructure scoping, design, implementation, documentation, and upgrading, including operating system installation.

Installation, monitoring, and support of ITIL/FITSM management systems contributionsYou will need:

Experience of monitoring security advisories and implementing patch updates & fixes for Windows and Linux systems

Experience of working with cloud services e.g. AWS

Understanding of software change control and configuration management
