SAP S/4HANA Global Support Manager required by our client on a permanent basis working hybrid between the office and remote.
This is an exciting opportunity to build, shape and implement a framework and team to support the global S/4HANA System. You’ll provide leadership and oversight to the SAP S/4HANA support analysts globally to provide first line support and issue resolution within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Accountable for S4 Hana Support and Master Data for all entities globally.
* Oversee the governance of the system, including the risk and control matrix, and act as the key point of contact for internal and external auditors.
* Ensure that service levels are consistently met by assessing, anticipating, and recommending appropriate actions and resources. Investigate and understand requirements to proactively address any issues.
* Create and publish SLA reports, identifying challenges and developing service improvement plans.
* Liaise with teams across regions to ensure consistent adherence to defined standards and processes. Prevent and resolve major incidents and problems.
* Serve as the point of escalation for any SAP service delivery-related issues.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners and sourcing providers to ensure a swift ramp-up of the team when required.
* Foster a high-performance team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
* Recognize problems by identifying abnormalities and promptly report any violations.
* Ensure that all technology resources are productive and aligned with the business vision.
* Effectively delegate and focus the team and resources on business priorities.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* 10+ years of SAP experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations and support engagements.
* Sound understanding of SAP infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud.
* Hands-on experience in at least two SAP modules (MM, PP, FICO, QM, SD, etc.) is a must.
* Experience in IT infrastructure and digital technologies is an added advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving practical issues and engaging multiple process partners to reach consensus.
* Solid knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices to develop organizational capabilities (people, processes, technology, knowledge) and process improvement models.
* Experience with complex project management.
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnosis skills for technical issues.
* Proficient in verbal and written English.
* Entitled (Passport and Visa) and willingness to travel.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with global colleagues at all levels, including directors.
* Experience working with global multifunctional teams.
* Experience leading, coaching, and developing a global team.
