POSITION: IT Helpdesk Technician
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Up to £27,000 per annum
- Office/Client Premises and Working from Home opportunities
- Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Commutable from Hull, Beverley, Driffield, Bridlington and Market Weighton
THE ROLE: My client are an IT Support Specialist who offer business external IT Service Solutions, that has the ability to deliver all the competencies that an internal IT Department is able to plus more. Mt client provides companies with the functionality they need to perform their day-to-day tasks efficiently. Along with providing a support function, they also provide a broad range of data, audio and security products.
Due to recent expansion, the team are looking to expand their team with a forward thinking IT Helpdesk Technician who will be a decisive decision-maker and possess the skills to prioritise workloads in an analytical manner.
DUTIES:
- To provide excellent customer service on the IT Helpdesk
- Manage customer expectations and response times
- Ensure that the ticketing system is kept up to date
- Requirements to visit customers as required
- To maintain knowledge of up to date IT developments and upcoming trends
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience within a similar role previously
- Knowledge of Windows and Apple MacOS
- Experience of Azure Ad, Office 365 and Intune
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 desirable
