1st line IT Support Analyst - Basingstoke - Up to £30k

This a Great opportunity for a passionate IT-orientated individual to join a well-established client based in Basingstoke. The successful IT Support Analyst should have experience working in an IT support environment, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The role will involve troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining the IT equipment within a global company operating in the food production and importing sector. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established company to support the business with any IT issues it may face.

Required SKILLS

Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PC's, Laptops, Tablets, Server & Networking.

Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10, server 2008 upwards.

Admin and application support experience with Office 365.

Working knowledge of networks, printer, and telephony technologies

Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic and remote support tools

Good Communication Skills

Keen attention to detail

Problem solving

Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
