Position: IT Technician

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

In this role, you'll serve as the second-in-command, working closely with the Head of IT and providing internal support to employees across all levels, ranging from 1st to 3rd line.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive support to employees, addressing a wide range of queries

* Manage and maintain infrastructures with efficiency

* Proficient in Intune for seamless network management

* Knowledge of Firewalls to ensure top-notch security

* Familiarity with Mimecast (desirable) to enhance email services
