My household name Telecoms Client are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Support Manager to join their existing team.
You will be responsible for coordinating the support teams who handle the applications. You will oversee incident, problem and change management and liase with other areas of the business to prioritise issues accordingly.
You will meet with key stakeholders including IT Operations Management to be part of Service reviews and ensure continued development of applications and services to meet business requirements.
The ideal Candidate:
- Will have Telecoms experinece
- An understanding of OSS/BSS
- App support experience
- Eligibility to obtain SC clearance
