Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

As a BI Analyst, you will join an innovative and dynamic team within this well-established forward-thinking organisation.

They are looking for a Power BI expert who is good with reporting and is keen to learn and progress within the company. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Senior BI Analyst and BI Manager to understand business objectives and identify data trends

Analyse and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques, data mining, and visualisation tools

Develop and maintain data models. Dashboards and reports to provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities by conducting in-depth analysis of data

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner

Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI tools, processes, and methodologies

The ideal candidate…

Proven experience as a BI Analyst or a similar role

Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, SSAS, SSRS, DAX

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets

A strong desire to learn and progress!

Ability to work closely with stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
