The Senior Business Intelligence Developer role will be to manage the team's delivery of production insight and analysis across the business, including AX and Business Intelligence Applications specialists. Interface with key business stakeholders, understand the organisational priorities and develop a delivery roadmap that will develop and deliver insight to those who will benefit the most, through a range of software including SQL, PowerBI - Snaplogic

Responsibilities for the Senior BI Developer will be the following :

Leading a team of data professionals, ensuring that best practices and continuous professional development

Responsible for developing a technical roadmap of Business Intelligence delivery that maximises benefit.

Manage BAU workstack, ensuring that live applications have an appropriate and accessible level of support, identifying 'critical' applications

Ensuring that our business intelligence products are accurate, reliable and available when our customers need them

Managing relationships with customers to understand their needs and delight them with the power of BI and reporting I am looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer who has the following skills

Experience leading a Business Intelligence or similar technical team

Strong people skills and experience in working closely with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver their requirements

In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications

Working with and an understanding of 3rd Party Application Integrations / Interfaces and 3rd Party suppliers

Productivity Tools including MS BI Tools

Proven significant experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue-resolution techniques

Experience in providing reporting and BI from Microsoft AX or another ERP systemMy client's office is based in Poole, Dorset but this Senior BI Developer role is HOMEBASED on a 6-month FIXED TERM ROLE and is looking to pay this Senior BI Developer a salary of up to £57,000 + great Company Benefits. These include; a generous pension scheme (up to the equivalent of 16% of your basic salary), 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, a cycle-to-work scheme, great culture and working environment and regular social events.
