This is a temporary Admin and Digital Support Officer position for 6 months (until 1st November 2023) initially with probable extension to start ASAP.
Full time from Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
Working hours 8:30 AM - 5 PM.
£11.28 per hour.
Brook Street are recruiting Admin and Digital Support Officers for our public sector client who is part of the MOJ family based in Bristol.

As an Admin and Digital Support Officer you will provide general admin support within the team and IT skills are required for this role. You will need to be flexible, hardworking and have the ability to provide good customer service to a variety of users.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
General administrative duties as allocated by line manager including:
" Troubleshoot and triage IT incidents and escalate, if necessary, to the relevant service provider.
" Support new digital products.
" Provide accurate data and information to stakeholders when required.
" Maintain performance in their current role.
" Act as a single point of contact between stakeholders and local sites.
" Provide coaching to staff and judiciary to use digital products if required.
" Complete the DSO dashboard to maintain IT site records.
" Provide additional support to other DSOs and sites if required.
" Act in accordance with the IT and Security policies.
Required skills:
" Admin and IT skills, knowledge
" Good accurate typing/data entry skills
" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
" Good strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
" Ability to follow instructions
" Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work independently
" Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
The role is subject to 3 years referencing and a basic DBS check.
Full training will be given.
