My client is an IT consultancy specializing in providing cutting-edge technology solutions for frontline and government sectors. Their mission is to address complex and critical technology challenges with innovative and efficient approaches. They are currently seeking a Senior Developer to join their expanding team and embark on an exciting journey together.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, encompassing software requirements, architecture, design, development, and software testing.

Serving as a role model, offering guidance and support to team members to foster their growth and development.

Undertaking mentoring and line management duties for junior engineers.

Promoting and cultivating a culture that prioritizes good software engineering practices.

Implementing established standards and employing suitable tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality and well-engineered outcomes.
