Project Manager / Delivery Lead - Digital Projects - Fully Remote - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to join our client for an inital 6 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a variety of digital projects and will be able to facilitate and drive the team forward through planning, discovery, and delivery phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the digital delivery team in planning and execution of projects, ensuring the team meets project objectives and timelines.

Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Work closely with product owners to define project requirements, scope, and priorities.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies.

Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Implement and manage agile best practices, and continuously improve delivery processes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing digital projects, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Experience with SAFe is a plus.

Proven track record of successfully delivering digital projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
