We are a Maidstone based team in a great town centre location, who primarily run an exciting, popular website with a national presence. We are looking for an enthusiastic designer with an eye for detail to join our growing team.

The role will require a passion for web design with that being the primary focus but broader graphic design skills are desirable as there will be opportunities to design for social media, advertising and print.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype user experience solutions based on the requirements of the project.

*

Create new and manage existing graphics assets.

*

Communicate with the development team to see designs implemented.

*

Strive to improve the product on an ongoing basis, carrying out usability testing identifying areas for improvement.

*

Producing graphics for other departments (e.g. marketing) as a secondary focus.

Skills and Experience

*

Experience designing for the web.

*

Familiarity with software such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

*

Skills in typography, layout and visual flair.

*

Experience in prototyping and wireframing.

*

A keen eye for detail.

*

Highly advantageous but non-essential skills include knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS, animation and basic video editing.

Ideally you will be able to provide examples of your work. Experience is very valuable but we’re open to talented and enthusiastic people looking for an opportunity so show us what you can do!
